Tai Chi for Health

Meets 9:00 am - 10:00 am every Tuesday & Thursday at the club house ballroom patio. Masked are required.

The ancient Chinese practices of tai chi and qi gong involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. This is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.  Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. 

This class is free. All residents welcome.
